Angie Rivera attended California Lutheran University (CLU) where she graduated with a B.A. in Sociology.  She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Administration at CLU.

Her Career with the Boys & Girls Club started in the fall of 2005 as the Employment Specialist for the Youth Empowerment Program (YEP). Angie assisted with developing and promoting employment opportunities for our youth. She has, since then, progressed to her current position as an Academic and Career Advisor. Under her guidance, youth are encouraged and supported to attain their life goals.

Angie enjoys the work she does for the Boys & Girls Club and constantly strives to create a positive impact in today’s youth. She strongly believes in giving our youth hope and arming them with the tools necessary to help them reach their fullest potential and make a positive contribution to our society.
